Ravens put non exclusive tag on Lamar Jackson for $32 million. Means he can shop other teams now and Ravens can either match. Or they get 2 1st round picks from signing team.

Lamar probably stays. Seems pretty obvious that the other owners are colluding to not give him a Watson contract. They do not want this to set a precedent. Colluding might be a strong word though. They all could just think it was a stupid azz contract.

Not likely, an agent would make a deal happen and would likely be telling Lamar the truth, whoever he has now I am sure are just saying you deserve 250 mill guaranteed...etc...etc.
Reality is lamar is a freak athlete who also plays QB but not an elite QB with durability issues so the promised money will be a sticking point.

Think an agent would get creative with incentives on the deal.
