Ravens put non exclusive tag on Lamar Jackson for $32 million. Means he can shop other teams now and Ravens can either match. Or they get 2 1st round picks from signing team.

Lamar probably stays. Seems pretty obvious that the other owners are colluding to not give him a Watson contract. They do not want this to set a precedent. Colluding might be a strong word though. They all could just think it was a stupid azz contract.

Patriots’ S Devin McCourty announced his retirement with three All-pro selections and three Super Bowl championships.
Saw the team as going nowhere anytime soon.

Reality is lamar is a freak athlete who also plays QB but not an elite QB with durability issues so the promised money will be a sticking point.
Think an agent would get creative with incentives on the deal.

Bears trade #1 to the Panthers for #9, #61, 2024 #1, 2025 #2 and DJ Moore.
The Bears not getting Brian Burns and/or Derrick Brown from this trade is a major L.
