Andrew Huberman is telling us not to have kids now

The tiny hat spokesman from Stanford tells us we'll be much happier if we didn't have kids.

A mans penis is worth two in the bush.

Child free is the way to be.
You are your thoughts. Life is perception, thoughts are perception, perception is reality ergo thoughts are reality, I think therefore I am.

maybe he is right
but being childless is depressing
being a parent and failing to educate and offer your kids the proper
life they deserve is also depressing.
its a catch 22

He's just reporting the data. We don't even see the larger context. Who knows, maybe he said that the data might say one thing but he's still glad people have kids. You guys are getting mad for no reason.

Ben Shapiro is Jewish and would encourage you to have **** loads of kids.

I don’t really listen to Huberman but if he thinks people shouldn’t have kids then LOL @ him.

Being a father and husband is an essential step in the life of a male. Not being able to procreate also means no female found you desirable enough to even bother.

I think it matters at what point in life you are talking about. 30 years old with no kids will have it easier and less stress than a 30 year old with kids. But you have that stress because you do love your kids so much. It is invariably more stressful early on with kids. Unlike the childless where every day is the same, kids present challenges and can be difficult. But the good times, imho, far exceed the good times in my pre-child life. It's a quality vs. quantity issue.

Also, ask this same question to a 65 year old with kids v. a 65 year old without kids

I don't have kids but I think its higher highs and lower lows. The question is do the highs compensate for the lows? For me no they don't. But its an individual choice

Ofc any parent will be stressed more than a single person, but that stress comes from caring.

If a parent isn't stressed about their kids then they're probably a deadbeat.

This ☝️

Raising kids is a lot of responsibility that requires a lot of sacrifices and will inherently lower happiness 🤔 not to mention that "happiness" is subjective so people without kids might be coping harder 🤔🤔

Think about it this way 🤔 who sounds happier, people that live in a big city doing their hobbies all day 😄 or those stuck at home in some small town because of their kids 🤔🤔 In the long run it might be those with kids that are happier, but in the short run it's the child-free folks 😂👍

“Youre not a man until you have a family that you need to take care of” - my dad

He was correct.

Cant imagine how anyone can go through their entire life not raising a family. Seems unnatural and super beta.

Technically you need to have sex to have kids. So you are ok.
