Stocked my home bar. Instead of buying 2 shots out drinking I just buy a bottle for my house. It's quite amazing how much money you can spend out drinking on such a tiny amount of alcohol.

I used to hit up local bars with buds over 10 years ago when we'd hang out. I remember how expensive it could get. At the time, it was 5$ a beer or something like that. A 12 pack was 12.99 or something at the corner store next door.

You "renegotiated" car insurance costs down by $50 a month? How did you pull that off? I haven't had an accident or ticket on my record in like 15 years, have every "good driver" discount the company claims to have available, and they laughed when I asked for a significant price reduction even in exchangd for letting them jack my deductable way up. Switching companies altogether would really be my only option. The local agents seem to have zero say in anything at all about pricing and just act as middle men for the corperate clowns.

Voting Republican. Too bad my state is as cucked as California now and they just voted in Democrats for full control of all three branches of government here now even though we had hands down the best GOP candidate option for governor I've seen here in my lifetime.

I notice it at the grocery store. Jar of pasta sauce has climbed like 30%. $18 for some chicken breasts. Fuark.

Produce hasn't budged, though. If it has it's not enough that I've noticed.

I live nearby a lot of farm land. Srsly considering checking out whether I can secure a local source of protein.

Where is giant rancher brah? What kind of prices are reasonable for locally produced meats?

but I did get a 3% and then 5% raise annually and learned that my sales bonus is going from like $29K annually to north of $60K if I manage to hit plan. Wife is about to get a new job that is a 25% raise so it's going fine honestly.

the craziest increase was for old spice deodorant.

I don't drink at all anymore. Not my thing anymore, and it's retardedly expensive. I did go out with a buddy recently one afternoon for lunch and to play some pool and shoot the breeze at some local bars a couple weeks ago. He bought three tall beers because I was driving anyway. His bill for that outing was like $25 more than mine just over the beers and increased tipping expectations with the added cost.

Even buying from liquor stores isn't a cheap habit. Chit is like $25+ tax for a 24 case of medium quality beers these days from what I hear. Obviously, it's much cheaper than wasting money on alcohol at bars/restaurants, but it's still spendy af. I have no idea know how legit alcoholics who need to drink a dozen or more drinks a day keep up with it.

Make more money. Gave myself a 15% raise and my clients didn't blink an eye. Also went back to school for more qualifications and it will result later this year in another 30% pay increase hourly.

Also, have a partner who makes decent money. She just got a 28k bonus and 22k in stock options.

A not on sale 24 of average beer here is almost 35-40$. It's incredibly rare to find a beer for as low as 1$ a beer. Even piss water like PBR is something like 8$ for sixer. From what I've seen in the states, beer is dirt cheap. I recall seeing a giant case of Busch for really cheap when it's just above 1$ per can here.

A 26 of hard liquor is not under 30$.

but yes probably going to get the Hyundai at the end of 2023. 20K cheaper, better gas mileage, more tech and features, better safety ratings, better warranty, and still has 300 whp while weighing 1,400 lb. less so probably going to drive just as strong.

Shame I don't get the 4x4 and extra towing capacity for the offroading I don't do and pulling the camper I don't own.

There's a reason an F350 costs more than an F150. That isn't some invented foreign luxury sticker, you actually get beefier parts that hold up longer.

I've drastically reduced my spending, particularly wh0remaxxing.


It wasn't easy, but I decided to pump myself full of dutasteride to 1) save my hair, 2) reduce my sex drive by about 90% so I won't wh0remax quit as much.

Then why do hyundai and kia rank higher in reliability ratings than Chevy? Or Ford, for that matter? Ford and Chevy commonly are not even mentioned in lists of most reliable car brands.


Besides, again I don't need to pay for a suspension and drivetrain designed to hold up to high payload and towing, because the car isn't designed for that and I won't be doing it.

Saw that my company raised their prices. Talked with the boss and threatened to quit unless I got a wage adjustment. Thats how I've dealt with it so far.

Life hasn't been affected since the little things like gas and groceries aren't noticeable.

Only rent went up.

That's the only cost that matters.

Stopped eating at restaurants for the most part. Shouldn’t have been eating that **** anyway. Down12 pounds and veins popping everywhere!
