Rate my Friday evening cocktail /10



Made a batch of this, clarified.

10 oz bonded bourbon
4 oz lemon juice
4 oz banana oleo syrup
1 oz orgeat

Milk wash ingredients
2.5 oz whole milk
1 oz cream of coconut
1 oz coconut cream

Mix cocktail and add to milk mixture, allow to curdle for an hour or so.
Strain through coffee filter, allow a few hrs.

Yield was about 700 ml or so after filtering.

Pour over Big ass rock of clear ice, add 1 barspoon of balsamic vinegar. Stir to dilute and chill.

Definitely. It’s not really all that much work. It keeps indefinitely in the cold so I have an awesome drink to share or just sip.
