if you're a boss position at my company then the company pretty much buys you a vehicle, all of them roll around in ridiculous lifted trucks like that.
Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1
OHP: 250x2
Weight: 180 lbs.
