Workaholic Crew

We go above and beyond. Work hours mean nothing. Go harder than anyone could even imagine. Our output cannot be measured in normal metrics.

We can buy anything we ever want, but we do not actually buy anything as we don't have time to buy anything.

We are guaranteed to every credit card and finance scheme there is and our banks must remind us every time we contact them/visit a branch.

We are masons, building the world and moving it forward fueled by not self-gain or egotistical reasons, but for the love of it.

We are Workaholic.

I was hired as hourly to hit a specific salary. Not even 6 months in I was busting ass(not working OT but skipping lunch and bringing it daily) and in like my 4th month my boss emailed me saying they were moving me to salary and giving me a 10k raise.

Working hard pays off, that said, this is the first job I’ve busted ass at where they have shown actual appreciation. Felt good, but I know most employers aren’t like that.

I still don’t have to work any hours past 40, but if I’m bored on a weekend I’ll sign in remote and work a few hours if need be. They showed me commitment I can continue with the effort.

100% if there your return does not match the output you are giving, to hell with it.

Work is miraculous when you like what you do. It can heal, it can let you forget better than any alcohol can do.

Work is GOD. GOD is work.

I know I am. I get to work 7-8 and usually leave 7-8 except one is AM and the oher is PM, 1hr+ drive too each way. So tracing my family, seems I come from a long line of workaholics who just work their life away and die before retirement.

I find it very difficult to do anything other than work tbh... What is "living" is it going to an expensive restaurant? I do that all the time, and I have my laptop /w me doing work... Is living going to the beach? I do that too, and I have my laptop with me working while being there.

I suppose living is going to those places and NOT having my laptop with me

I mean, what else is there to do other than work in life... Making babies is certainly not on my list so there goes that.
