2nd biggest bank failure ever, followed by the 3rd biggest bank failure over the weekend. The big 4 banks deemed "too big to fail" (JPM Chase, Citi, Wells Fargo, BoA) are seeing a big influx of deposits now and will continue to because the precedent has already been set that they'll get bailed out no matter what. Regional banks are in for a rough road ahead as uncertainty hurts their balance sheets. Thank Janet Yellen and other regulators for not keeping an eye on this. Since they weren't paying attention as 2 yr Treasury bills hit attractive interest rates, they've essentially put the federal govt on the hook for A LOT of deposit bailouts at banks across the country.

More concentration of capital in the already biggest banks. Yeah!!

I just can't tell if Yellen is as incompetent and stupid as she appears, or if she's lying. She can't answer simple questions that that the head of the Fed and economy should know without having to "look in to it". If she was truly competent, she could answer these simple questions.

Part of me is starting to believe she's part of the deep state pushing for the economic reset now. The alternative is that she doesn't want to answer questions because it would reveal the fact that she has no idea what she's doing
