i mean getting in shape will help you get in the door but it wont close the deal.. but lifting weights at a gym and being social, you'll meet some girls.

Yep, it's one of those regurgitated online but it's really not applicable for most guys.

If you're stick thin or significantly overweight then sure. lifting will definitely help. For an average sized guy, nah. Might make you more confident which can help but in my own personal experience it did not make much difference.

Most guys date women in their social circle, if she didn't want you before you lifted, she probably doesn't want you now.

Actually looksmaxing makes a pretty big difference in getting girls man. Its not the only thing women care about but its a pretty big factor.


The smaller you are the more it matters in general. IE if you're tall with a big frame. (Think Pete Davidson, Machine Gun Kelly, etc.) it really won't make much of a difference. But if you are sub 6' or have an awkward build genetically it can make a huge difference.

Genetically I always thought I had a **** V taper. Thin frame, not much mass on the lats/delts/arms. Genetically carry all my fat in the stomach/hips area. Started training/leaned out I probably lost around 5-6" on my waistline and added about 2-3" of lean mass onto each delt/arm. Went from no v-taper to a pretty decent one. And arms fill out the sleeves of my shirts. From size medium t-shirt to XL.

Going from 160sh with a skinnyfat physique to 195lbs juice-maxed made a huge difference in my dating life.




Obviously you can't walk around flexing and expecting girls to flock to you. But anyone who thinks lifting doesn't make a difference either has elite genetics or still has a **** physique.
