Anyone has CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome)?
Anyone has CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome)?
Got really sick & recovered. However I can barely walk on a treadmill or lift weights.. Was running 10k twice a week, & now I'm stuffed
How long does it take to recover?
On NAC, K2, Creatine, etc... Nothing is working.
How does one test for it?

Sorry to hear it! I know of two people who have this debilitating condition. As far as I know it's lifelong and there's no cure as of yet.

If you're 'chronically fatigued' you can talk to an endocrinologist, but your GP can probably already do the relevant blood work.
Sleep, eat well, de-stress if you can.

Had bronchitis for a month. But now it feels like I got bricks tied to my legs.

Probably the best way to start. If you beat the bronchitis a chest X-ray would show that you’re negative and if your pulse oximetry is normal then nobody is gonna give you a second look.

I'll get blood work done tomorrow. However it says they can't test for it.
Stating to get suicidal tbh. Can't train and it's becoming extremely hard to work

Got a full blown blood work drawn yesterday, Will be back with results mid next week.
Never had heath issues until I had to take the 2 jabs to remain employed.

Am I tired?
Yeah man, I ****ing work. And when I get home, I do chores.
That sounds like some nonsense pharmaceutical companies came up with so they can sell you a sugar pill for $1,000 a piece.

I have suffered from fatigue too, and it didn't show up on a blood panel but what I needed was...hydration and sleep, srs. I hope you figure out what's nagging at you breh, I mean it.
I'm pretty sure I remember you posting a gym you own, or work out at? A while ago?
