Act of war?
Flying over and providing countless ISR targeting for Ukraine isn't? Supplying countless weapons to an active war zone isn't?

We are truly living in bizarre times. Blood thirsty Republicans and democrats all want war.

Nothing is more patriotic than siding with peace and preventing the loss of life of your countrymen. The moment you realize we're projecting our will on everyone else by force, the better. There are no good guys in this.

The only argument anyone should ever make is for the war to end and an equitable and just scenario for all parties involved. Ukraine getting a total victory would not be justice for Donetsk, Crimea, and Lugansk. Russia getting a total victory would not be justice for most of Ukraine. There is a line that must be drawn to settle this. But people want to fight over that line. Until enough die and they lose their will to fight and realize where the line ought to be, this will sadly keep going.

I mean, one can agree with the Russians in spirit and not support the death. I agree with the idea of Fuk Banderites and that the people of Donbass deserve to retain their historical, cultural, and linguistic traditions as Russians. It doesn't mean I support the killing. A swift victory would have been a great thing for Russia and Ukraine. If Ukraine had just given up that territory, the war could have ended with very little bloodshed.

Fitted to carry a couple of 2000 lbs JDAMs, it will be a bad time for a lot of mobics. You can drop them from 28 km away and they'll hit with GPS guided accuracy.

Also lol at claiming the ruskies are able to keep this as an distant artillery war in their favor. M8s, there's literally dozens of videos every day, where some poor ruskie gets obliterated by a drone dropped grenade delivered with a hardware store drone. These have a reach of max. 2 km and that's very generous.

I actually don't think you are pro-Russian. You just radiate some deep rooted hatred for your own government, maybe because of your past experiences? And because US is supporting Ukraine, you dislike Ukraine as well.

I've never claimed or "hoped" Ukraine has minimal losses. Both sides have colossal numbers of casualties and men KIA, especially when considering the length of this conflict. Yes, both sides. You, who has blamed every pro Ukraine poster here, seeing this conflict as a team sport, is the one who spews out the most ridiculous numbers and is fixated with them. These 10:1 KIA fantasies are proving my point from your part.

As you said before, time will tell all. And even then, when years have passed, the numbers will be suspect. From both sides.

Having a US military background does not make you an expert on Russian military tactics and how good they are on the battlefield. A hint - they are probably not as professional and efficient as you think they are.

A swift victory however you may define it, would of been followed by years and maybe decades of insurgency warfare from Ukraines part. Just like with Chechnya. And just like with Chechnya and Grozny, they would of had to bomb the **** out of the capital to defeat the spirit of Ukrainians. But Ukraine is not some lil muslim country in the mountains (who no one gives a **** about), so those classic Russian tactics of killing tens of thousands of civilians to demoralize the opposition was out of the picture from the start.
Defeat the defeatist.

Only if Russia sought to hold all of Ukraine. If it was just the Donbass to enforce something analogous to Minsk 2, there would be no insurgency. It is the will of much of Donbass and Crimea to be separate from Ukraine. Grozny today is much better off than it was. Chechnya was a criminal cesspit. Putin is slowly cleaning it up and developing their economy and giving them education.

If I remember correctly Putin stated in his initial plan, that Russia was looking to "demilitarize and denazify Ukraine". This implies the country in whole, not parts of Ukraine.

Grozny mightlookbetter, if you concentrate only on the façade. It only took about 50 - 80 000 civilians being killed and 100 000s of people losing their homes to achieve this glorious look. Chechens never forget.

He would have accepted Minsk 2's implementation or something resembling it. It's because Ukraine repeatedly refused to implement the deal that he concluded it needed to be demilitarized.

They mostly only have their unguided bombs and rockets (apart from cruise missles ofc). So only speaking close air support. I've seen IR guided bombs only in one occasion fired from a kh-52.
Otherwise you see the kh-52 and su-25 mostly doing these pitch up rocket strikes to gain more range of those unguided bombing runs.

Lmao, HIMARS is striking bases in Melitopol, Mariupol and Crimea on the regular. Haven't you paid attention to last weeks?

Slovakia just announced it will give 13 more MiG-29 to Ukraine

LOL

I was told I must be a russian agent because I said just giving weapons wouldnt change the outcome, just drag this out killing more Ukrainians and thats exactly what happened

You chicken hawks keep telling me ukrainian lives are worth being sacrificed to spite russia.iam not the one claiming their deaths are an acceptable means to an end

We could have had russia entirely out of ukraine without all this death a year ago.YOUpieces of shyt decided that would be unacceptable, not me

Your thought pattern is all over the place and disorganized.

I'm not sure what it has to do with the current war strategy. I do however understand that you see a lot of warfare and assume a lot as opposed to understanding the battlefield.

My opinion on "how good they are" is irrelevant though I've offered opinions contrary to your accusation. Maybe you are conflating (as I said you're all over the place) my statements on a thrown together army and its several iterations versus a professional military which means they are industrialized and indoctrinated with a consistent federal governance?

I can see how you'd take it personally though it's the furthest thing from a compliment.

Tens of millions of artillery rounds advance on territory before infantry cleans it up. Russia is risk adverse when it comes to personnel loss which is why they retreat in the face of overwhelming force or refuse to advance. It is not a hard concept, again doctrine, supply, and available materiel.

So yes the casualties are extremely lopsided as I have said they would be from the begining of the conflict. It is not a fair fight and should have been discouraged

Step outside of Grozny, Moscow or Sankt Peterburg to see what's what. Most Russians barely get by, while the country is pouring in billions trying to bully their slavic stepbrother Ukraine. Keep drinking that Kreml Kool-aid, bratan.
Putin literally ran Russia better than Ukraine ran Ukraine. You can look at pensions and crime to see that.
