I'll need to double check but is Gabriel Moreno still rookie eligible? If not, I'll keep Marcelo Mayer and Jack Leiter.

I don't believe he is due to the time spent on the active roster. I'll put in Mayer and Leiter for now. If you find something saying Moreno is a rookie I'll swap out.

He's still a rookie. The old rookie eligibility limits were 50 ip or 150 ab. I have to look up if they changed

You're talking about ABs. I'm talking about time spent on the active roster. Pretty sure he's not eligible due to that. Find me a resource stating Moreno is an eligible rookie.

It says in this fangraphs article he's not eligible. I never see him listed on any prospect list either.

Acquired in a trade from the Toronto Blue Jays, which we evaluated here, Moreno is technically not rookie eligible in 2023 due to having spent 61 days on the active roster last year. Baseball America ranked him anyway, as he only had 79 at bats, but MLB Pipeline followed the eligibility rules in determining their list.

I don't really care either way. I just have to make sure the rules are enforced equally. If the league votes he should be allowed to keep Moreno that's fine with me.

Thats crazy. In the ab and ip definition they list "seasons" as well. So someone could take multiple seasons to accumulate 49 ip and still be a rookie.
