Did illegals cause my car insurance to rise 50% in Houston?

brb next billing statement is now 50% higher.

Just going to switch insurance for lower rate fakn hell.

Is this because illegals with no insurance and black people driving altimas with fake paper plates?

I'm north of Houston and mine went up, too. Agents saying it's the increase in amount of claims and how much more they cost, but I just think they are being greedy.

Mine went up 25% in October. Just got a new bill yesterday jacking it up another 20%.

May as well just be uninsured like everyone else and let everyone buying insurance subsidize me. Seems to be how the country is going nowadays.

Neither me or my wife has filed a claim. Ever. What the hell is the purpose of this extortion?

Homeowner's & auto went up 15-30% everywhere; people are making claims oneverythinginstead of just doing that 1 hour repair themselves, artificially driving costs up

On top of that we have Jewcy-inflation rolling over from Covid destroying the global economy, wages are up driving material costs up even more


I actually just switched companies & saved $750 for the same policy coverage; shop around before you make your next payment

Wouldn’t want to live in Houston anymore. Too many non whites. At least forty worth is 40% white. I think Houston is like 15% white at this point.

Hispanic and black women are kind of ugly and about 85% of them in Texas are overweight or obese.

I lived in San Diego for several years, and I don't recall drivers being that bad out there from my experience.

The last several years I've lived in a part of a City with a lot more heavily melinated kangz and...the amount of stupid/ridiculous driving I see is something else. I just had some idiot nearly head on collide with me in a parking lot earlier today, because he was being a moron. I was also hit and run by one once - winter time and they slid through a red light and hit me...then proceeded to drive off.

Just switched to Progessive insurance and rates are 25% lower than my original from Geico.

Tapped someones plastic bumper in traffic last month and laughed when they asked for my insurance and started taking photos. Her husband licked his thumb and smeared half the scuff away, dent in plastic bumper still there. Went and got $200 cash, said buy a new bumper we arent involving insurance. Her eyes lit up and we both were out of there before cops came.

$200 now saves thousands along the years. Never interact with insurance besides re-signing every year and paying in full for a discount.

I don't know why car insurance prices are going up higher, but my guess is the increased auto crime rates seen in many blue run cities. Many Democrats have elected DAs that do not prosecute property crime. The activists say that insurance will pay for property theft such as groceries and cars. Course as I've long thought, that is short sided. Someone pays for the insurance.

I went wit Progressive, too after I dumped State Farm. Their rates are best so far.
