Crazy how halo 3 was released 16 years ago

I member lining up at the store for this game to be released

It delivered on everything it said it would and so much more

nowadays it is apparently too much to ask for a game to be launched in a working state without a million bugs

It was a fun game. The last good halo. But I was a cod and rainbow six bro. But me and my team would hop on there in between wrecking noobs on cod and rainbow.

Video games were peaking in the 00's, srs. It's only been relatively minor improvements since then, diminishing returns, plateauing design, ect.

That and the 00's was the last era when video game development was dominated by men who truly had a passion and vision for what they were doing. Now a days developers are full of diversity and equity hires who are just there for mindless labor they have no passion for.
