Rip Duck brah.
Survival. When the jungle tears itself down and builds itself into something new. Guys like you and me, we end up dead. Doesn’t really mean anything. Or, if we happen to live through it, well that doesn’t mean anything either.

You bitches better memorize cancer prevention and treatment protocols for dealing with chemo and radiation to make treatment stronger and reduce side effects, as well as natural supplemental treatments and compounds, from the cancer thread.
This tumor in the head Shiet happened to my family member out of the blue. Stage 4. She beat it in spectacular fashion, but that’s luck, genetics, and tons of research and protocols with various supplements and treatments on our part.
Better be ready than sorry. Keep an eye on this stuff. Get scanned and tested every few years etc.

Sad to read. I've been thinking a lot about early death recently. I saw a clip of a 21-year old streamer girl who has a severe form of cancer. She beautiful, already successful, has a fiance already... And might be going the way of OP shortly. I think it's good to think about death sometimes.

Damn. Good reminder not only to live well, but that words an actions impact years and decades afterward, even after death. Been pretty negative about a lot of stuff lately. This makes me take a step back and ask is what I'm doing having a positive or negative impact around me.

It does really put things in perspective when you see stuff like this happening, like to be conscious and to know that you dont have much time left, what you do with your time becomes so much more precious but sometimes we fail to recognize that and OP ( may he Rest In Peace ) really got me thinking in the right direction again, amazing how one can still "live" trough stuff like this even after they departed from this world.
I hope he eventually got to hit that 500lbs deadlift with Jesus by his side. I wonder if he used belt and straps tho.

They can affect otherwise young and healthy people but you’re right that you can mitigate some proportion of the risk with environnemental and behavioral factors.
Other factors at play are probably genes and luck, and you can’t control those.

I remember this thread. You never know brahs. One of my best friends was at Disney with his family last fall when his dad's leg started to feel funny and not work right. He chalked it up to walking around the park alot but went to the Dr when he got home. Brain cancer and he was dead by the new year.
In the past 3 weeks both my oldest sister in law and my father in law got diagnosed with cancer. Sister in laws was caught very early so she should be fine. Father in law needs more tests.

It’s pretty stunning how many people have cancer these days. Unreal. If you ever visit a place where kids get their chemo you gonna be heartbroken, and will wonder if something is happening to our environment etc. This is not normal. These top places like MSK are over flooded these days like crazy, radiation machines are firing non stop, people sitting waiting for hours to get treatment, there is no way that this is all just a normal thing. EMF, obesity, pollution, sheit food, sheit lifestyle, those things are at play here. 100%

of course some peoples genetics are better than others when it comes to cancer, but there are proven cancer-causing chemicals that many people are exposed to, garbage diets, these things are things that people do voluntarily, no one is forcing them to do so, obesity is another major contributor, and of course early detection is another thing that most people do not do. We know exactly what causes cancer, and how to prevent it.
