Basically, the trick that most people use to eat these 200/300/400 gram protein diets is to not actually do it, but say you did anyway

Not difficult at all. 5-6 meals with 40g of protein each.
Even breakfast is rich and proteinaceous. 60g of oats, one cup of milk, scoop of protein powder. That's actually 45g of protein. Or 4 eggs, two slices of toast, and a helping of bacon. That's even more than 40g.
Even easier since I'm eating meats for lunch, of course a protein shake is easy to hit 40g with, and dinner. Dinner I can easily hit 80g protein since I frequently eat kangaroo meat which is 100% pure protein: I just make kangaroo mince into a chili con carne and this nets me an easy 80g.
If anything, I shoot up over 200g easily.

Rubishes main argument was that of finances. Most people just can’t afford to eat exclusively meat. And even if you could your going to get sick of it fast
And room clearing farts is an understatement. I did a huge bulk one time and I was basically a walking methane leak. I could fart near other people and it was so bad they didn’t even realize it was a fart, as if it were some chemical leak somewhere off in the distance

Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 205x5
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)

If a food was a good protein food, it should easily be possible to only consume that only that food and hit your protein/cals
So You’d need 7 sandwiches
But then youd get 3080 cals to get 203g protein
If OP isn’t bulking that likely would be too many cals so he would need to remove the buns to get the ratios up. But the buns contain some protein (google says 6g per bun) so you’d need 9 sandwiches to hit 200g
If a sandwich costs 7 dollars (idk the cost) you’d need to spend 7*9= 63 dollars per day in food costs. 63*30= almost 2K in food per month
Google is telling me a sandwich is closer to 5 dollars not 7. But that’s still a lot of money. And you’d need to drive to get it which costs
Eating only chik fil a seems like an extreme situation, but if that chik fil a is the most viable food fast food has to offer. Then it shows fast food as a whole is economically unviable for most people

Stop neurotically obsessing over protein
It doesn't matter if you eat 60g per day or 200g per day you're not going to just shrivel up as a natural unless you're sedentary & not eating at all
Noseberg got the fitness community real gud; **** are worrying about protein relative to gains when the gains come from drugs in the first place

You don't need 1g/protein per lb of body weight
That's what the Jewish supplement companies want you to think
Also, i know it's lame but eat chicken. One double chicken bowl at chipotle is like 80g of protein. One chicken breast i think is like 30g. You'd be surprised how much protein you can get just by eating chicken and drinking protein shakes

As an ectomorph I sometimes find it hard to consume enough food to meet my macros so I just consume protein/weight gain shakes.
I mix them up in this monster...

500g of 90/10 minced beef a day will get you half way there with less than 1000 calories. Only 2 double quarter pounder patties worth of meat, easy as **** to eat.
A young bull and an old bull were standing atop a hill looking at a bunch of heifers in a field below.
The young bull says "Let's run down this hill and fuk one of those heifers."
The old bull replies "No. Let's walk down there, and fuk them all."

I eat a rack of pork ribs every day of life brah. They range from around 60-90g of protein and about 35- 50g of fat. Literally the goat meal for gainz. Breakfast is 4 eggs & protein yoghurt. Lunch usually a ribeye or x2 beef pattie.

Aim for 0.7-1 gram of protein per body weight. You do not need as much protein as what these supp companies suggest.
My protein intake yesterday
- meatballs and rice(35 grams)
- whole milk(7 Cups: 54 grams)
- whey protein(30 grams)
- pure protein bar(20 grams)
- wild smoked mackeral(15 grams)
- large iced coffee(3 grams)
- plain bagel with cream cheese(11 grams)
- roasted lentils(1/4 cup 6 grams)
= 174 grams of protein, and I weigh about 174 lbs.

Two eggs and tin of beans in the morning is about 20g protein if not more for about 500cals.
Two scoops of my protein shake is 50g protein and 250cals. I have two of these a day, I basically get 100g protein for 500 calories.
Lunch is a tuna wrap which is about 300 cals and 25g protein.
Dinner is steak and rice, about 800 cals (rice is high calorie) and the steak contains over 75g protein.
I’ve overestimated the calories and that’s not even 2,300. I don’t understand how you’re struggling. Srs.
