I live here it sucks. I can’t stand to goto the liberal towns. Smells like ditch weed constantly. Don’t get me started on Denver. Trash, tents, needles, and chit all over.

I lived there about 30 years.

I was back there about 3 weeks ago.
It's total chit now.

At times it you have to wait in a line of cars for an hour or more to get into a national park.

Glad AF I am out of there.
And I lived about 10 mins from Red Rocks.

Practically every state has something unique worth exploring or visiting, but the metric I'd go by is if the US as a country could survive should a particular state vanish from the union.

Automatically, Florida, California, Texas, New York and unfortunately the nation's Capitol are safe, (honorable mention of Alaska for the oil) but as for everyone else, they're going to have to duke it out.

Excluding the states listed above, I'd have to go with Utah. It's got a small-town feel to the entire state but there's still chit to do. You get all 4 seasons (if you're into that sort of thing) and you're within a reasonable driving distance to a lot of interesting US landmarks.

Idk if I agree. Great for warmth, water, sunshine, and decent politics. But hurricanes alone are a big enough reason to not want to live there. That and the lack of mountains. Highest point is like 300 ft JFL.
