I can't believe how bad some guys age when they hit 30

I was like wtf when I found out this guys is my age (32). Meanwhile I still get carded sometimes when buying beer.

All depends on whether or not you take care of yourself. Also, if you start balding, shave the head, and I mean with an actual razor.

Past 30 you gotta have some muscle if you want to look younger than your age. I was looking at some pictures on my phone from 4 years ago, and I looked significantly older than I do now. Since then, I've had a more consistent workout routine and also better grooming.

Stay lean, unfortunately being lean leads to lines in the face.

I started losing my hair in my 20s, shaved it bald. I also keep a clean shaven face, so who knows if I'm going gray. Also, wash, tone, facial serum, and moisturize.

Also use a body moisturizer.

It is interesting to see as i've noticed that too, some guys I've known really fall apart quickly, looking much older. Smoking will age someone quickly as will eating poorly I believe.

I get estimates all over the spectrum.

6'4 with a somewhat baby face.

I've gotten late thirties, I've gotten still in college.

Cracked up in Tampa though, with my extremely petite and young looking gf (regularly gets 19-23 @ 27) and she doesn't get carded, the bouncer looks at me and goes "Yea, I need to see some ID," and she got all offended, but then he goes "Yea I mean you look of age, he looks a lot younger." Dude thought I was her college age brother.

Cackled the rest of the evening.
