Do you die?

What happens if you just sprint full speed as fast and as long as you can. You ignore the breathing heavy, pain, sweating and just keep going. Do you die or eventually does some other body process stop you?


I know horses can run until they die but wasn’t sure if humans do.

Nice question OP.

I've always wondered if someone could invent a serum or pill that we could take that prevents or delays us from feeling tired when running, you know, like when we get winded?

This pill/serum would delay that so we could run longer without getting winded, if so, how would it effect us in the long run (pun intended)
