you better be on PEDs to warrant 80 reps of biceps after ~100 reps of back

Very broish.

Lol @ the leg day. I'd want more shoulders (hitting side/rear delts once a week seems so neglectful).

Looks like a typical bro split. How's recovery when running 6 days?

I do a 4 day split that's similar except I hit chest/bis and back/tris...the rest is the same as yours.

rear delts get hit on back day and Im hitting shoulders 6 times a month, so it is a bit more than once a week. What is wrong with the leg day?

Idk yet tbh. I have been running a 4 day split like you actually, but I wanna go to 6 because hitting the muscles once a week isn't enough imo.

I would substitute the reverse peck deck with incline reverse db flys. The reason being because with the latter, you can control the angle of the arms - 45 degrees or less (in reference to torso) being ideal, imo.

Back day looks a bit redundant, but the extra volume might not be a bad thing.

Definitely a 10/10 bro split. Extra mirin that leg day is the 4th day in the split

Idk, I know my shoulders could withstand a lot more work.

Actually missed the squats before so my b. Read it as leg press/curls/extensions. Felt like that's just a waste of a day (would still have so much more energy).
