The best life hack I know of is moving to a suburban city

Moved out of a major liberal **** hole coastal city in 2020 to a suburb 45 minutes away and it’s been the best decision of my life

BRB no crime
BRB neighbors are normal people who invite me over for poker night
BRB no soycuck agenda pushed in the local schools
BRB no traffic
BRB no paying taxes to an overweight lesbian that hates me

Basically everyone out here is conservative af and actually living the American dream srs

Sure we have to drive a few minutes further if we need to go to the city for work, but we generally avoid it like the plague and most employers are pulling out of the cities anyway

I always lived in major cities and never knew you could live 45 minutes away and it’s a way better experience with the city still just a short drive away

I learned this life hack from Joe Rogan and he was right dfs

BRB living in Chiraq so I can see “hot women around” as if you’re pulling random hot women off the street anyway, faaggot

It’s mostly people in their 30’s and 40’s with young kids or just a wife.

Obviously it’s not like the city with fresh 25 year olds coming and going, but there seems to be plenty of people at the local bars

Our household income is over $500,000 and we’re about average

Poorcels might not understand

True but everyone should live in the city at least once in their life, preferably when young. Having the degen city experience gives perspective and you learn to appreciate the simplicity of suburbs.

You can either have quiet old neighbors or you can have loud black & browns that will:

A) Rob you given the chance

B) Sell drugs out of their den

C) Let their land-shark gnaw on your skull

Grew up in a suburb, live in a city now. I wouldn't wish the burbs on my worst enemy from age 21-35 but outside that range I see the appeal

Seems like you just need to live in a city, mind you they're mostly liberal chitholes anymore & virtually unaffordable

People under 30+ that own property very seldom take care of it, they're too immature & lazy, often loud

Lol get mogged hard this is a modest house and it comes with a membership to the local country club golf course. As if there’s not beautiful women in Napa lol

As someone who grew up in a city until 34, feeling truly blessed to have made it out. Everyday I feel shocked to meet normal people

You're late to the party, boyo...

Biden's Department of Housing and Urban Development is suing ALL suburban cities and forcing them to build low-income housing so that Jamal and Miguel can integrate into suburban life....

It started under Obama, kinda slowed down under Trump, but is ramping back up under Biden....

You don't have to take my word for it, just do a quick google search....

This is your suburban paradise right here, bruh...

Thats rich coming from a guy like Joe Rogan. A guy who's entire claim to fame is being a celebrity/comedian/gameshow host. If not for living that fast paced LA hustle culture, he wouldn't have the lifestyle he's currently living.

He’s always lived in the suburbs. You don’t have to live in the city like a peasant to make a living. Quite the opposite actually
