My prediction:

To reach ganon’s tower/hyrule castle, you’ll need to “build a path” of floating island by beating a certain amount of dungeons or divine beast equivalent. Otherwise it’s too far and high to reach it

I've owned BoTW since 2018 and still haven't gotten around to finishing it. So... it will probably be quite awhile before I even start playing Tears.

Really wish Nintendo would just stop being retards and release a Switch Pro already.

demo actually lowered my hype. was hoping to see more traditional zelda with dungeons, not banjo kazooie nuts and bolts in the same world. can't believe they brought back the weapon durability too, so stupid.

I mean this is kind of silly. its a sequel to BOTW obviously its not traditional zelda.

But that doesnt mean there's no dungeons. Just because they didnt show it doesnt mean its not there.

Never played the first one, I'm not a nintendocel but looked at the video and it seemed decent to me...Like a relaxing game to just play around in. I liked the sky island concept. Would try it if I had a povertendo

I don't agree. A sequel is allowed to improve on its predecessor; not adding in elements of the series that I think all fans want just because it's a 'BOTW' game makes zero sense.

Hopefully there are dungeons. There is a 6 year gap in between this game and the last one. It's the same base map, same engine, same inventory, etc, so hopefully there's a bunch of new stuff to do.

I just saw this video. Definitely seems like a bunch of gimmicky stuff to add momentary fun to the gameplay. Adding an accessory to your weapon or shield might be cool the first few times but the core gameplay mechanics of the combat is still there. Not bad, but again it seems very gimmicky. Hopefully they add a hefty amount of purpose and utility to those options in the gameplay. I'm sure they will come up with some cool puzzles to use with it all, though.

Game looks fine and I have zero interest or need to praise Nintendo games. What yall expect, explosions and devil may cry combos? It's just a demo showing off a couple of new features, geez. Gamers are insufferable I swear.

it looks like a nice sandbox game that improves upon the first one. personally, i don't care for these types of game. I'd rather have a more linear story with more thought out dungeons so i'll probably pass on this considering i quit the first one about 5 hours in

i am glad they arent spoiling the game with revealing the story and showing dungeons and the whole underground world
this game is double the size of the original
cant wait to zone back into hyrule and get my balls blown off from the hype
