SRS answer...No. It's a constitutional right. If you give the govt the power to ban a dude from owning a gun because he's wearing a dress, the govt will now have the power to ban anyone/everyone from owning one.

Yes unless they didn’t do the surgery and accept they are biologically different.
It’s the same as letting a schizo / mentally I’ll person have a firearm
Even if not for mass shootings, just suicide prevention for mentally ill

Well, mental illness is technically a disqualifier, so I would say: Yes, ban them.
FTM trannies should be given 3 years to transition. If they're <6/10 after the 3 years, they need to be put on testosterone for the rest of their life.
If they're 6/10+, they need to become escorts.
FTM trannies need to be banned outright. They're typically disgusting, vile, hideous manlets.

If by 'living document' you mean 'can be interpreted differently depending on current events, or interpreted differently because people and/or technology has changed', then NO, it's not a living document.
It pretty much is written in stone.
Like one of the posters above said, there are already laws to keep mentally ill people from owning firearms. Most Trans people would probably fall into that category.
We don't need any new laws. Just enforce any of the multitude of laws already on the books.

Nope. Even felons after serving their time imo should have their rights restored. Why punish someone and stripe away rights after they ‘paid their debt’. However I am for harsher punishments for most crimes. Just not life long ban on constitutional rights.

Yes trans and regular fhaggots need to be classed as a mental deficiency and excluded from purchasing guns and knives, shoes with laces, and non safety scissors.
Also nix their voting rights.
