A friend of mine who is seriously obsessed with staying young forever sent me this:



Been listening to it while working, and in all honesty it sounds like a crock of festering chit to me. E.g., the concept of "reverse aging".

Sure, if you smoked 3 packs of cigarettes a day for 2 years, didn't hydrate well, didn't sleep well - and stop, and all of a sudden go to a healthy lifestyle - yes you look younger. Your skin gets better, etc. But if you start this experiment when you're 24 and stop when you're 26 you WILL NOT look younger than you were at 24 assuming you were healthy already at 24.

So, snake oil? Or do we have folks who believe in this chit? And, if so - why?

Extending fasting (read: auto****y) and TRT is probably 10x better for "anti-aging" than anything this ****gy time brah is doing for clout.

I've seen this guy before, some rich dude trying to reverse aging, basically donig every 'bio hack' imaginable from waking up to going to sleep. Ie wasting his life. I have no issue with trying to be healthy but you can not give up living life as part of it, what the fuk.

Eating whole, natural foods with minimal processing and microplastics. Wild oily fish are a cheat code. Organ meat, quinoa, leafy greens, coconut oil, etc.

I mean, I try to enjoy life. Perhaps a bit too much sometimes. I finished listening to the entirety of the video, and he's basically preaching elements that Ernie and I have mentioned ITT. It reeks of snake oil to me.

If there legitimately was an anti-aging, or age-reversing method (and I bet many billions are spent a year researching this), we'd see rich folks in the public eye living a lot longer than they do. Think Wallace from Bladerunner 2049.

Those aspects of masculinity are still required today. However, the world today is much more brutal towards men than in the past, today, a man is required to overcome challengesANDbe handsome while doing it.

This isn't the 1950s where a man's looks don't matter. This is the social media era, looks matter. In fact, looks can be the deciding factor on whether or not a man can get a good-paying job.


A good example of how a man needs to carry himself today would be Connor McGregor. He's a trained fighter AND he's a savvy business man AND he takes care of his appearance.

To think that appearance doesn't matter in today's world would be naive.

You can probably implement strategies to slow the aging process and live longer/healthier. But this guy went full retard.



He basically spends 2 million per year on procedures/products and literally spends all day long working at his 'reverse aging' strategy. Its literally like a full time job for him.


Also I think he's basically vegetarian which is most likely why he looks frail/brittle. He isn't getting enough sunlight or protein. He looks kinda weird TBH. Looks like an unhealthy 45 year old.
