Has anyone who stays in shape ever had a wife “leave” then ?
I know of a guy who was middle aged and chubby , his wife was banging the trainer at the gym , I can’t imagine how that feels to know someone who’s in better shape than you’ll ever be stole your wife
I wonder if staying in shape is the ultimate insurance policy for marriages

I've always thought this too...
Women could care less what car you drive, your job, etc. as long as you're financially stable/secure and can give her the tingles w/ your looks is all that really matters
That's why when a guy gets too comfortable in a relationship and his looks diminish (gets fat/sloppy)...the wife/gf finds ways to branch-swing
If you're lean-maxxxed...you'ree gf/wife is gonna worry you're the one cheating...hah

If your confidence decreases during a relationship then yeah you're more likely to get dumped.
You can be your best self and continue to be during a relationship and still get broken up with. People change/want different things/grow apart/etc...
Nothing makes you immune from this. It's just the risk you take by dating.

Jealously/insecurity it keeps them on their toes.. and if your desirable to the opposite sex.. she's not as likely to be looking elsewhere (especially if ur financially good)

There is no method to a woman's madness. Its a gamble settling down with a woman. There are alot of things you can do to minimize the risk of it failing but people can change, for better or worse. Its life.
You just gotta do you, can't let yourself get lost because then if things do fail with your woman you are twice as fuked. So its important to take care of yourself and be your best, always.
Not saying neglect your wife and family by any means, just that you can't lose yourself in doing so.
There are plenty of example of couples who entirely let themselves go and are far from being at their best but it all works out relationship wise. There are couples who both have their chit together and are great people who can't fuking make things work at home.
A stable life and relationships are all about balance when it comes down to it. There are no guarantees to anything.

It'll help. But if you aren't high status enough for her liking (i.e., you don't make a lot of money) then the odds she cheats are still high. It could even happen with a less attractive guy if he makes ten times your salary or something like that.

A lot of guys who only lift to attract women will give up on working out after getting married
But I lift just to get stronger and have been able to lift serious weight, I just enjoy lifting weights honestly
Just finished a cut and am at low weight, bulking up right now to a higher weight to gain some more muscle and cut down again

If you are in a relationship and you turn into a slob, that gives your partner the right to cheat on or leave you.
I don't mean a LITTLE out of shape, I mean a LOT out of shape.
Many people lie about themselves in order to trick a partner into becoming their slaves as they turn into a slob, that's fraud. So, staying in shape and even improving is maintaining the unspoken contract you made with your partner. Also, improving your health says you want to stay healthy and vital for the sake of the relationship/family.
