damn missed flex friday

And actually did some flexing for it


Finally starting to get some abs but only when I hold certain awkward positions
Fukkin love handles won't go away
Starting to get some veins on the outside of the arms, above the elbow and below the delt, can barely tell in the side pose since crappy quality
couple tricep veins finally showing up

Been contemplating trying a natural BB'ing show in September, heard it's fun and would be a good motivator to shed more weight and ditch the love handles finally. No fukking clue how to pose though, so
