I do not like piano music very much and they should not be in public.

Also, this is the typical white people story about the "One Black Guy that Achieved" and I hate that story.

He and thousands of other kids should be able to get an instrument IN THEIR HOME where they can learn to play away from me.

Black and poor people will continue degenerating if they can't have advanced training in various skills during their free time.

I just looked it up and saw some good prices, but I'm in the homes of black people all the time, and many don't even have decorations. They have a couch, a TV, a kitchen table, and that's it.

I'm not sure what they can afford. In addition, what about a saxophone?

How much are lessons?

Where does one buy a 150 dollar electric piano in Philly, and so on?

Once black people were "made equal" and given free reign of their destiny the discipline and respect that white people forced onto them slowly faded away year to year.

They no longer have to worry about whites enforcing the rules or forcing them to act civilized so they are reverting to their natural disposition.

Lessons are cope, you can learn anything from the internet. Learn how to play yourself. I taught myself basic guitar and piano from youtube like 12 years ago

Those same black families will have expensive jordans in their house i bet, priorities not even once.

The govt stepped in to become the providers so the young men are no longer raised with strong make role models who will teach them stuff like honor.

Think about it. men will look to older men for leadership, Its your dad or a coach or the like that teaches you that when you win or lose, you shake the other guys hand and tell them good game. Its a matter of respect for the game and the tradition of being an honorable man.

Women dont understand this. They are selfish by nature,. Not that its a bad thing, they just need to do what they need to do to provide for children. So thats why they can be so brutal during breakups and such because they simply dont understand the rules of manly honor.

Now the women are raising young men with that same selfish attitude, They cant teach them manly honor because they simply dont understand the concept behind it. So what we sadly get is grown men who dont understand simple concepts of what it takes to act like a man.

This was all by design from the govt. it can be turned around easily by fixing family courts and welfare. They dont want to do that of course because if govt does that, they will lose control.

What "happened" to the guys in the OP's pic is they got tired of being stepped on through every facet of society. Some of you gave me a bit of a chuckle saying black people had it "good" before Jim Crow, but If you're not black and didn't have black relatives alive during that time, I wouldn't expect you to understand, so I can't be mad.

We tried being "nice" for years. Really bad chit was happening behind the scenes yet we kept out nose to the grind stone, but MLK's assassination was the straw that broke the camels back, then the vietnam war started and they had the audacity to call us to go fight for a country that didn't give two chits about us. That lead to the formation of the Black Panther party.

FYI it was the BPP that encouraged black people to start giving their children african "sounding" names (like Lakisha and KaVontae) in an attempt to disassociate ourselves from those white sounding "bible" names (Matthew/Mark/Luke/John etc).

Then Nixion, in an effort to stomp out the BPP introduced drugs into the black community basically made honey-pots to entrap black people into illegal activities, then threw the book at us for said crimes.

Chit continued to simmer throughout the 70's and 80's then Reagan created the "War on Drugs" where he gave incredibly harsh penalties for the use of drugs that were ironically most prevalent in black communities. Rodney King got the chit beat out of him then Ice Cube sang a song about "phuck tha police" (which really resonated with the sentiment of the black community at the time). Virtually every rap song after the fact tried to mimic or outdo the same style/level of vulgarity as FtP, and here we are today.

Ironically that movie "Guess Who's Coming to Dinner" was almost never made because an interracial relationship on the big screen let alone the couple kissing was seen as too "radical" The movie was banned in the South for a number of years and both Sydney and Katherine Houghton received death threats for their role in that movie.

That is the "blacks had it good" time period that the misc likes to talk about.
