How do I find out what makes me happy?

Former video game addict here. I quit because I was spending all my time doing it.

I don't know what makes me happy.
Slayin since I decided to break up with my gf to bang sluts.

I had no idea as well and i made a thread about it, somebody jokingly said try men but i just brushed it off. I got to thinking maybe though theres some truth in that? So i did try men and enjoyed it actually, the next day however i had an anal fissure and decided it was best i no longer try men.

Things other than family (some include family) that make me happy are fishing, hunting, making wine, building sbc engines, cigars, whiskey, smoking meats, chillin at the barbershop talkin chit, working on my hotrod and driving it.
