The standard has been set. The FBI can unlawfully raid a former president's home at any given point, Gov can impeach him numerous times on the most superfluous things even without any concrete evidence and be criminally charged multiple times by the globohomo establishment. If this is what they can do to him imagine what they can do to any citizen they want. They will not stop until Trump is in prison and dead. To think that this man was one of the most powerful men in the world, endured 4 years of constant media seething and blatant witch hunts and now is in handcuffs at some chitty NY court house is sad. I'm so over the MAGA train but I can't help but feel sorry for him. Although at the same time he probably regrets tf out of knowing so many degenerates throughout his life.

134 years? That is the kind of sentence that should go to murderers and child sexual abusers. Wtf is Trump supposed to have done?
The guy in my country who killed a little girl only got like 40 years ffs and that was only because it was a high profile case, murderers get an average of like 10-12 years here.

Can someone please just list the charges in plain english? I'll start:
1. Paid off a porn star to keep her mouth shut (which she apparently breached the contract, besides the point), and classified the expense as a campaign expense.
What else?

This is the first time an American has been charged with a political crime in at least 100+ years right?

Democrats are strong men who pretend to be weak

Buriful.

Paying off a porn star is legal, falsifying business documents to hide the fact that you did is illegal.
He would’ve done better just handing her $100,000 cash

if its a NY judge and NY jury they will convict, there is nothing that can be done to stop it even if it's proven corrupt
Trump is going to jail unless some higher powers intervene

Not a big deal, only 134 years. Means in 2157 he'll be released, and we can see him running for the 2160 election. I wonder what will have changed by then, I'm sure by then the Russia:Ukraine and Hunter Biden investigations will be resolved, and we can see what Trump will do to make America great again.

I posted this in another thread:
They mentioned in the NY Times this week that he wouldn't have to put it in the indictment. Usually they specify the laws broken in the indictment though.
Although the district attorney’s office need not obtain a conviction on the election law violation,or even include it in the indictment, that second crime might be the aspect of the legal theory that is most vulnerable to attack.
It's a misdemeanor state election law that is enhancing the accounting misdemeanor charges to a felony. Federal election law overrides all state election laws, so he doesn't even have jurisdiction with this. Many legal experts say it won't fly. Plus, he has to argue for statute of limitations, which have expired. This is the election state law that the Times believes he will be using. From his Statement of Facts released today, it certainly does sound like this is the law he is using:

only thing is the governor of NY could pardon trump which I doubt would happen, even still he would be barred from running with a felony but would keep him from prison
but yeah 99.9% chance trump is convicted by a NY jury or judge, nothing can be done about that
