Its a waste to let money just sit in a checking account. Once I pay off bills for the month I throw it all, (save for a few hundred) into an HYSA or investments.

20k savings, 25k checking, 60k in another savings account. My renters pay my mortgage so I'm able to save most of my paychecks.
