Less than 20 yrs ago it was alright, because of it's scenery and charm. I know people who lived or went to school there. They all left to the far suburbs or left California though.

If this guy's random mugging death doesn't convince an avalanche more to leave I don't know what will. Will the tragedy get more than a 30 second segment on MSM TV sources, if at all? Probably not.

It was a pretty cool city up until about 2010.

Just LOL@the bay area in general.

Most of that city and the surrounding area is owned by jews in New York. ded fkn srs.

There was a building collapse in Berkeley ~10 years ago, and after an investigative journalist looked into it, they found over 50% of the city's real estate was owned by financial firms and investors based out of New York.

I also find it strange that cities like that do not have a searchable database for property records. Most places on the east coast do.
