Found it. In Maryland they are called commissioners and do pretrial releases and are open 24 hours. If you were actually LEO you would know that better than me.

Just saying, Colon Cancer might be genetic. Perhaps he shouldn't have been so selfish to have a kid, and possibly pass it on. He's a supporter of Roe vs Wade, as am I, and maybe the wife should have gotten the spike when she found out she was knocked up.

Number 1, I wasn't supposed to be able to have kids due to the radiation and surgery I had. Number 2, there was no genetic testing in the early 90's when I was sick.

That's twice now you've said that maybe my wife should have aborted my kids.
