Smoked cigs for the first time yesterday - holy fk

Malboro gold pack if ur wondering

Took 3 hits of my first cig and had to put it out because of the spicy-ness. There was a level of clarity that I have not felt in a very long time, if ever. I have never taken ******** before but if I ever did, I would assume smoking a cig and ******** would give a similar feeling. It's like being a caffeine addict, quitting cold turkey for 3 weeks, then having your first sip of monster... but 10x more powerful. That was what smoking a cig felt like. The effects did not last long, maybe 15 mins. Ended up smoking an entire cig 30 mins later. Was decent, but didn't feel as good as the first time. Then smoked another cig, another 30 mins later. 3 cigs smoked within 1 hour.

Wokeup, thought about smoking a cig. Went grocery shopping, wanted a cig. Was stuck in traffic, wanted a cig. Got home, just ate lunch, craving a cig.

I took a shower last night, brushed my teeth, and have washed dishes twice since smoking. Just picked my nose and the cig stink is stuck to my hand. Lit a candle for ~2 hours and my apartment still stinks.

Sitting here debating between throwing the rest of the cigs away or trying them again tonight.

Cliffs:
- OP smoked cigs
- OP might be addicted

Don't throw them away...you will end up buying them again anyways if you are confused about beating that addiction...

Try to smoke it near a window or in the balcony...or just outside....that way your apartment won't stink and the air will stay clean in the home at least...

Unfortunately, the only window in my apt is next to the fire detector.

Cigs are literal fuking hell. Nicotine plays a horrible trick on you. Its fun and stimulating enough for you to enjoy it at first and keep going back to it.

Quickly it becomes a habit that you do most often... out of habit and not because you actually will enjoy the cig.

Then you may start to notice some negatives, like it makes your breath stink, or it kind of ruins your workout, your dink may not get quite as hard here n there, it actually kind of zaps your energy. But you adjust and keep smoking em.

Eventually you get to a point where most of the time you smoke a cig you kind of hate it and wish you weren't doing it, even though you like it. And every once in a while you smoke a cig there really is nothing better. You want to quit but tell yourself its not really a problem and you can stop anytime really and you like it. Smoking cigs becomes a routine. Anything good that you feel from it is canceled out by chittyness usually shortly after. You stink, you waste money, time. You are actually harming your brain, respiratory, heart and long term health. You car stinks, your day to day life revolves around cig breaks. You become a slave to a cancerous, nasty drug that doesn't even do much more than give you a short lived buzz that feels cool at first but draining in the long run.

Fuk cigs. Am still disgusted with myself I smoked those fuking things for so many years.

After my first cig, the only thought in my mind was - sympathy for smokers. The people that have disgusted me. The losers. The bums. I knew instantly how addictive this can be. Fapping, alcohol, and weed can't compare. IMO caffeine is a close second. But even after my first cup of coffee, I wasn't addicted. It took drinking coffee everyday for an extended period of time to develop an addiction. Cigs = automatic addiciton.

Spot on. The unusual and weird world of a smoker. Exactly 'I don't like what I am doing, but I am still enjoying it'.

Yeah I've been a smoker on and off

But never full cigs..I just mix mj and tobbaco together sometimes

And needing to have a smoke break gets annoying lol

For example bringing girl back to your place after a date * brb gotta roll up and have a quick smoke , give me a sec *

I quit dipping like 7 months ago… glad I did, but honestly I cannot say my life has tangibly improved other than I dont have that to look forward to at the end of the day. It’s not like smoking where you reek and it kills your tongue and fuks your lungs and causes all sorts of problems. I only dipped once a day so it’s not like I was packing a lip all day… though I did pack half a can at a time during that one time a day lol

OP you can already see what's happening. First time 10/10, but next time not so great, soon you need it just to feel normal. Then you have this addictoin to deal with that has so many negative consequences.

can't you take nicotine as a nootropic in other forms that don't involve smoking? gum, patches etc.

Yes cancer was one of the main concerns I had after doing it for so long at this point. every time I’d get a canker sore I’d be like “I’m coming Elizabeth”
