If you do it properly, it will add to your life.

If you do what a lot of people are currently doing, and taking too much, they'll probably check out 5-10 years early.

It's about quality of life, really.

Nobody should be on the chit if their levels are normal. Nobody should be walking around with 2000+ng/dl levels their whole life either.

Once you dip in that <400 range, there are definitely quality of life benefits to being on.

TL;DR
If you're doing it and keeping your levels relatively sane(<1200ng/dl), you'll likely live longer.
If you're doing it and keeping your levels at supraphysiologic levels, you'll likely die sooner.

It makes you live longer considering people with low T have a higher risk of cancer, heart attack, and stroke.

Not sure but the main risk , in my opinion, is the red blood cell production
Which results in thicker blood

So what happens to a pump which runs more viscous fluid than it was designed for?

This, also increased risk of clot formation which isn't great in coronary or cerebral arteries.

I doubt you will notice much from a natural 500 ng/dl to 900 ng/dl on trt. You really need to get over 1,500 ng/dl to feel a big change. However, then you start dealing with side effects.

I started trt 10 years ago after testing in the 300-320 range several times over a year. I have maintained 800-1,000 ng/dl since then. Hard to say how much of a difference it made.

On pins:

I draw with a 1" 22g and then change to a 1" 25g to shoot in my quads 2x a week alternating quads. Done this for 10 years with no problems.

Just lift the leg or flex your butt and you will find the VG, it's very large & hard to miss.

Where I inject and delts.

Gonna be on 200ml test cyp a week taken intramuscular biweekly as well as .25mL HCG for fertility

5'9.5 188lbs, close to my natty limit anyway. 2 plate 5x5 bench 3 plate 5x5 squat 4 plate 1x5 deadlift

I run a lot too to maintain cardio gains but I'm in it for the mental qol gains

I started at 39. Total was around 500 but free was at the low end of the range. Now I keep my total and free right at the highest end of the range and can say in my experience I am a happier person and more effective/efficient in all aspects of life.

I just inject every 5 days. If I'm traveling for less then 2 weeks I just pin before I go and don't worry about it till I get home (srs). No real issues doing that.

Precisely why I donate blood 4-6 times per year. Kind of a pain in the butt. But I do get a free t-shirt each time.

I agree and how the fukk are you using needles so small? I use cypionate which is thick. Draw with an 18G needle and inject with a 22 or 23g needle. It's kind of difficult to push the plunger on a 23g needle so I'm assuming your not using cypionate.

But yeah, injecting with a 22g can be a bit painful.

It’s crazy. If you get it without a prescription it’s steroids. If it’s through a prescription it’s trt. I wouldn’t do it unless you just had nothing pumping for ya. That stuff is made in China. I’m about to try clomid and HCg just to see what that will do naturally. I’ve done prohormones but never tried anything else. You can get jacked on those just by following the directions and follow up with a proper pct. I notice I’m the strongest when I’m sexually frustrated and my sexual organs stay healthy. But f you use trt you will have no sperm left and probably will never create any again. That doesn’t sound healthy to me at all

1. Its a myth that if you use TRT you lose your sperm and your balls never create any any. There are plenty of TRT babies running around where retards thought they were infertile because of high doses of testosterone.

2. I know a guy that was prescribed clomid by his doctor and after using it a short time he fukked up his hormones. After cycling off for nearly a year he was still fugged up. Testosterone tanked, estrogen spiked, and he's on TRT now trying to fix his issues.

3. HCG is really expensive and hard to get. A lot of pharmacy's don't even carry it.

4. A large portion of pharmaceuticals are made in China. I'd take a China pharmaceutical from an actual pharmacist > some random drug I purchased from a random dude.

What are you going to do if your natural production is shut down, then a world wide catastrophe happens and your supply gets cut off? Or a much more likely case, you go to jail, people to go jail all the time.
Then my natural testosterone production kicks back in. And I'm at exactly the same levels of T that I was before taking it.

The simple truth is if you take TRT and decide to cycle off. You can easily get your balls producing the same level of T you had prior to starting TRT. There is a massive misconception around testosterone because people taking it for body building/muscle building purposes typically are taking 4 to 6 times a TRT dose.

I've been on TRT for about 7 years now and I'm in perfect health. I've also cycled off twice. Once when I had a surgery for about 4-5 months. And another when my script ran out right before traveling. So I did about 40 days with none. I did not have any issues regaining natural production/getting back to pre TRT levels both of those times.

I'm 40 - I've been on doctor prescribed TRT for about 2 years, weekly injection, no big deal as I work within walking distance of the facility that does the injection, takes 15 minutes to get my injection on Friday afternoon then go about my day.

No big deal if you miss 1-2 injections, I've never gone longer than 3 weeks without, but the only thing I noticed was maybe just having lower energy and convincing myself I've suddenly lost any gains....but I'm pretty sure it was all in my head lol.

My nutz have shrunk a little bit....no big deal, only other side effect was acne on my back, but I always had terrible acne on my back even throughout my 20's, so this flared it back up, I just hopped on some antibiotic (Doxycycline or something) and that keeps it under control....but I think that's mostly just because I already had backne basically my whole life anyway.

For the benefits - it's nothing magic, you still have to work your ass off in the gym and do everything right with regards to diet, it helps me with concentration and motivation, good energy levels, mental clarity, I don't tolerate BS or nonsense but I've always been that way. I hate to use this term because it's so loaded to means different things to different people but it's made me more "alpha" in a world where I'm surrounded by low T betas.....how much of that is TRT and how much was the mindset I already had....I don't know.

As usual, if you are a dork in a basement with no life, or if you are a fatty fat fat tub-o-goo, it's not going to change anything, you'll still be a loser.

I have been on and off gear since I was 17 years old and have four kids. You absolutely can still impregnate someone. In fact, every time certain compounds are added, you will be spiking your natural test/sperm production. Sperm takes approximately 70 days to mature. People are blasting a lot more baby batter than they think lol

Easy way to mitigate any risks
1. Proper diet and exercise program
2. regular blood work
3. give blood frequently
4. don't over do it
