Need ideas to make cash

Got put off work by my doctor, he says I shouldn't be working, I had open heart surgery 2 years ago and I feel like I'm going to pass out when doing physical work so I may end up on disability, disability welfare only pays like 600 a month essentially paying for the essentials, I don't qualify for any other type of disability plan.

Anyway my question is how can I make reasonable cash? My dad is on disability and he buys and sells stuff, he has a house and like 4 vehicles, I don't have any expertise in buying and selling anything so its probably not an option.

Any ideas?
