That’s what you’re doing here, you’re looking at an empty street after the protesters have been beat down and arrested, and you’re saying oh look there were no protests the empty street rules it out!

I’m UK based and the only treatment offered are mental sessions of how to deal with things that are absolutely useless and a complete waste of time and energy.
I have tried a restrictive diet spent thousands on bed, bedding, pillows, air and water purifiers but still no change.
I generally go to sleep around 10:30pm and wake up around 3:30 wide awake but absolutely shattered, try to get back to sleep but it takes an hour or more, been told that’s something to do with cortisol, insulin imbalance?
Had all bloods done and everything is within range.
Been told to try meditation 3 x per day.
Feels like being a race car that burns it’s tyres off within the first few laps, then having the rest of the race (day) to go but with no tyres (energy/strength/ability).
I can do exercise at times but that effects me the rest of the day and mostly the week!

Mate give Creatine (loading Phase) combined with mega dosing Q-enzyme 10. You can't lose weight without having a functioning body IMO.
This combo worked for me within days.
Did these symptoms come up before the vax rollout or before?

What's scary about it, is you can just do is "spontaneously" like an impulse to check out. You don't premeditate these thoughts, more or less on impulse.

I haven’t had any of the vaccines so that isn’t to blame for me! I have suffered with the symptoms long before covid.
All the bloods I have had are within range including diabetes, which is why I have been given the diagnosis, it’s been a 4+ year of testing to come to this point.
I don’t smoke, drink alcohol or take drugs and live in the countryside which is fairly stress free.
The last doctor I saw mentioned something about cortisol and insulin, I often wake up through the night and can’t get back to sleep, she said this is due to something to do with cortisol, also I get dizzy spells where I feel extremely weak this is something to do with insulin. I don’t know what exactly but it’s something to do with the autoimmune disease.
One day in a month a may feel like I could smash down a wall, but the next minute I struggling to put one foot in front of the other.
This isn’t a case of being tired or being blown out etc it’s feeling like your walking in mud constantly, like turning a steering wheel is swinging dumbbells, like sleeping 8 hours lasts 1 minute and feeling like you have been awake for months with all your bodily functions failing along with your mind, foggy, uncreative, tired, anxious, angry yet helpless.

It's like the body decides to completely **** itself on day & it's all down hill from there.
try the Creatine & Q10 protocol and update us

I heard of a few people who had this from long term coke usage. Not saying thats you OP, but its common.
Go see endocrinologist, get blood/hormone work done.
Check up with a sleep apnea specialist, incase youre tired because youre not sleeping properly (sleep machine could help you)
Check what foods youre eating, as that changes the way we feel the most.
Cut out any drugs and alcohol if youre consuming that.
Maybe book some massages in / spa days or holiday/break if its burnout related.

you eat beans, the fiber soaks up excess adrenaline and cortisol, body calms down and stops hurting itself. that's my understanding anyway. apparently beans are the only legitimate source of some type of fiber.

The other day I dropped the high dose of Creatine & Q10, and all of a sudden my energy levels felt like I was back to CFS.
Front loaded again before bed and pre-workout & my energy levels was back to normal.
I don't know if this is safe "long term" however

Lmao, people believe anything these days.
Is there a medium length Covid? How about a tall Covid? Fat Covid? Did you take a vaccine for obese Covid or old Covid? Stiff Covid?
If tomorrow Dr. Pucci came out and said there’s a new vaccine for limp covid, would you take it?

Saying that. If I didn't use these supplements, I'd probably be still in recovery.
My bloodwork have came in fine. However I know as a fact, since the Vaccinations, my immune system has been extremely vulnerable to illness. I couldn't imagine people taking the booster shots & still feeling "Normal"
I don't think I will ever trust the government & assume they're against my interests TBH.

Got the same sort of thing
It’s the China WMD virus
It’s the China WMD virus
brb haven’t met one vaxcel who doesn’t get defensive or mad when you tell them you didn’t get it.
No “vax” for HIV after 40 years of research. No vax for cancer after 100 years of research. No vax for the common cold and yet a virus mysteriously appears and Within 12 months a “vax” is found by 4 pharma companies all within 1 week and we are mandated to take it ….

"Dosage Suggestions
Whether using a drug or a dietary supplement, staying within the suggested dosage range can help minimize any negative effects associated with it. Beth Israel notes a typical dosage of 30 mg to 300 mg daily, but that some studies have used higher doses. The optimal dose will depend on your reason for using CoQ10 and your doctor's guidance."
I pushed my dosage up to 1200mg daily, split within morning and evening.
I trained this morning & I'm even stronger than prior to being sick. Quite bizzare how powerful the Creatine with Q-10 in conjunction with works. I think the NAC is an inhibitor and slows everything down. I'm not sure if it's good for training. It's good for cravings of sugar and nicotine withdrawals.

Mine eventually went away after about 10-12 months. It sucks because people around you don't understand at all, but the good positive news is it will go away.
Things that can help:
1) Good solid diet avoid sugar and processed food as much as you can
2) Try to exercise even if you don't feel like it
3) Get a good sleep schedule
Number 3 is the most important, for the first 9 months I was living in a student flat on a very loud party Street and it was often loud or had parties next door or across the street.
It wasn't until I moved into my aunts house in a nice, quiet part of town for a few months that I recovered.
