Misc home gym brahs. -power rack & bench suggestions
Wanting to build a gym and get back into lifting. Going to a gym isnt an option at this time.
Thinking about this set up. Does anyone have a better suggestion? Or is this quality for the price? I seen a brah online with this rack and it looks legit.

How about a good solid bench that isnt $500 or more. Any suggestions?

So my rogue monster lite rack is 3x3.
Looks like that one is 2.5 x 2.5
Rogue makes a comparable one at 2 x 3 with the infinity series
Personally i would not be comfortable going smaller and doing pull-ups on it unless I bolted it to the floor, I do keep about 400lbs of weights and have a much larger rack then what your looking at.
I think I would want an even heavier rack if I was going smaller which Raises the price even more, if you look the infinity racks are actually close in price to what you are looking at. I do like how rogue increased the footprint of the base on the infinity racks in the size you are looking at which appear to be in order to stabilize when pull up bar is in use.
I also recommend NOT hassling yourself with the lat pull down. Get some heavy bands and just hook ‘em on top of the rack and use that for various pull downs. Elitefts dark grey / black

I’m a huge fan of Bells Of Steel . I don’t know which part of Canada you’re from , but they are based out of Alberta .
I had everything shipped with no issues .
If you look at their rack ,they have the west side holes ,which are closer together for fine tuning .
I’ve been extremely happy with mine, and bought several extra accessories so I didn’t have to relocate my hooks all the time .
https://www.bellsofsteel.com/all-pro...ht-commercial/
I actually didn’t assemble mine as a full rack and instead made 2 squat racks . You can see I have 2 pairs of hooks ,as ones for flat bench and the others incline . I prefer having the extra hooks ,as opposed to changing their location all the time .
On the Store Wall in behind you can see their optional safety arms as well

The bench pictured is from them also . I use separate benches , as I like having a fixed flat bench, and a separate incline bench .
Their flat bench is low and wide , which was significant for me .
I find there’s a bit of play in their incline model, but nothing too excessive
One thing I forgot to mention with their incline bench pictured in the middle , is I wish there was more adjustments for the incline . I find it too steep or too low for certain exercises,so I put a 2/4 under the front on occasion . The bottom pad is a tad wider than I prefer , but I got used to it .
