Happiness is a garden.

You will always have means to grow flowers, but it takes time and requires a sustained effort over said time.

Old people...

Benjamin Button said it best:

“I was with people who had put away all the inconsequences of life, left in a state of pure being…wondering about the weather…the temperature of a bath…the light at the end of the day."

When you get to that point of letting go you may find happiness in some way.

It is only elusive if you focus your attention on finding it instead of appreciating what you have here and now.

We constantly live for the weekend, wishing our entire lives away, only to spend the weekend complaining that Monday is right around the corner.

We are perpetually imagining hypothetical scenarios in which our life will be better, after we achieve some sort of career or financial goal, but those goals come and go and we are not any happier.

Happiness is achievable. You don’t have to go anywhere or do anything to get it.

You just have to stop acting like it is somewhere you are not.

If you can’t find it with what you have, you will never find it.

Stop looking for it.

PS: Don't eat poop, just don't let the idea of it stop you from living life to its fullest.
