Who changes constantly, but why has patterns and themes.

Pretty sure mass shooters are always white dudes though.

Doesn't change the fact joggers are out jogging every single day going on multiple jogs each day. The random mass shooting once a quarter still pales in comparison to all the daily jogs happening across the country.
