I think europe has like 30-45 paid off holidays a year( this can also increase depending on your age)

if you are a 60 year old goverment worker here in the netherlnands you get like 300 hours.
alot of surcharges for weekend work/ holidays, If you have to work during one of those days here in the netherlands at my job, you get +65% pay for that day + the amount of hours you worked extra as days off.

2 paid pensions, the worker gets his pension paid by the job ( this is not included in the salary because this is mandatory in most european countries)

3 Paid off days when you get a kid( both male and female), if you get a kid you get as a male Like 6 weeks paid off days as a father, (the mother alot more)

4 you still get paid when you are sick

5 you can't be fired for no reason and with a reason you are still hard to fire.

6 basicily can take any day off, can leave earlier for dentist

7 alot of rights as a worker

7 Healthcare bills are limited at 380 a year here in the netherlands( dentist not included )

you can also gets lots of tax benefits if you have healthcare bills that are higher.

if you excell at in a workfield in the usa you probabaly make more.(tech field,doctor)

but a train worker or goverment worker in europe mogs most usa jobs

Skilled Tradies in the US absolutely mog tradies anywhere else in straight pay and benefits. High end STEM skilled workers absolutely mog the euro****s too in salary and benefits.

It isn't that easy to leave the US and legally immigrate to another country. Third world illegals seem to go wherever they want and get free public services provided, but if you attempt to change countries legally there are a lot of requirements, some of which you can't do anything about [maximum age to immigrate, medical status].

As a US citizen it isn't even particularly easy to move to a lower tier country like Mexico where they have income requirements [meaning mailbox money, not that you can qualify by working a job there].

Want to go live south of the border? Many retirees don't have a high enough income to qualify.
