With absolutely no help or connections and starting in 2023, most likely none of them. Doesn't mean they won't become successful again but lighting doesn't strike twice for the same person.

Achieve relative success? Upper middle class or better?

All of them probably.

Be billionaires again? Eh, that would be unlikely given how many productive years they are likely to have ahead of them + record wealth creation over the past decade or so for those at the top + aging and decreasing populations in the wealthiest countries.
