Bad day at work
Recently got to my 3 month probation period working part time, first job for my degree. I expected to get a bump and pay and benefits now and discussed it last week with my boss and thought we were good to go
Today he came in with a list of 5 customer complaints completely blind siding me, as my feedback has been positive before and said I needed to continue to improve my soft skills and that it would be best to keep me part time for another month and to re-evaluate
I didn't really know what to say and just feel terrible now
any advice? I admit i'm not perfect but I've tried to do everything I've been asked including working overtime with no benefits pretty much every week since starting

did you ask what the complaints were about and from who/when? did you ask why you didnt recieve notification after the first complaint?
seems like they are BSing you so they can keep feeding you scraps. welcome to the rat race boyo.
You should file a complaint to HR that your boss is keeping you out of the loop.

What do you do OP?
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Five complaints built up before he took them to you, and it just so happens to coincide when you were expecting to go FT? Lol time to look elsewhere. Either they’re playing games or they just have **** communication and leadership standards.
Lifts:
Squat: 460x1
Bench: 400x1
Deadlift: 575x1

Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.

This will not be easy.
But it will be the inevitable conclusion.
