We do say it when the market is peak ****ting itself too. Only no one listens then, because NPCs always do the opposite of what they should (ie buy the lows and sell the highs).

Now it's showing some life, but it still far from an actual "run" (ie like 2013, 2017 or 2021). So you are still plenty early and well before the mass NPC mania that will come nearer the top.
