Women can now make their own rules and can live independently from a man. This is brand spankin new in society. Men HAD to work, because the women in the family couldnt/wouldnt. Now she works so much she doesnt even have kids, or think twice about divorce because she is finacially independent. The dynamic has changed and we are in a transitory period of work incentives (money, women, power). Then look at the CEO pay ratio compared to the average employee pay ratio and see that since 1970 the two lines are getting further apart in the CEO's direction. Problem with that is computers have allowed for 2x productivity, but wages stay the same. So you watch as your company grows and you stay the same, thats a mental burden. Then there is credit, which is a relatively new thing via credit cards. Why work hard to get cash and actually buy a thing when you can just buy it and figure out pay later. This disrupts the entire cycle of want, work, aquire, repeat. Now its want, have, how do i pay? Credit is pilling up and exeeding 2007 levels, somethings going to give soon. I think many men are living a subsidized life off of their parents money and once that runs out, reality checks in. This isnt sustainable, I think its a mix of modern far left mental health nonsense infultrating the workplace via HR and infultrating weak mens brains as an excuse for being a lazy bag of bones. Life isnt fair, work isnt fair. I know idiots who make 200k/year sending emails and I know smart hard working guys who make 50K/year and sweat every day. But if you work hard and are smart with money (frugal, investing, saving) you can live a global 1% standard of life and enjoy this country. waging 8-10 hours a day now and barelyt have energy for anything, theres not really any incentive to work anyways like the idea of having a wife/gf, family, good house, kids, providing like men did in the past.
