Mandela effect on TSLA (srs)
I remember Tesla stock being over $1000 a share around 2019/2020 but when I look back at the stock prices now it never closed closed above $409.97

The all-time high Tesla stock closing price was 409.97 on November 04, 2021.

They had a 3 for 1 split in 2022.

still not sure how i'd calculate this. i just looked at a graph with the pricesand was confused
from that perspective its like they changed historical data but i'm sure there's more technical chit out there explaining it

i guess it was falling off bad in 2022 so they did a split to make musk look like less of a failure
losing over $600 in value per stock doesn't look so bad when you divide it by 3 and turn it into a loss of $200 in value
