I think I've unlocked the code for youth.

being at 9-10% bodyfat while being fully saturated on creatine & Q-10

Skin, energy recovers extremely quickly. My psoriasis has gone, eyesight is improving drastically within 1 month.

Now saying that. I'm running on 10gm Creatine + 600mg of Q-10 prior to bed & upon waking up.

Creatine = goodbye hair. Secondly, keto/carni people generally look like ****, unfortunately. I have tried it and can contest that you FEEL good. Just look at Dr. Ken Berry on youtube:

interesting you mentioned that. I've always been on the "lower end" of my testosterone, and yet I literally look much younger than my counter parts.

I was never much a "Meat Eater" since meat contains the highest amount of creatine, you could correlate why they all seem to age quite dramatically?
