A cook at a high volume restaurant.

You should be able to smash the waitresses/prep cooks while still making and saving enough to pay for a degree working nights and going to school during the day.

You could get a degree in culinary arts, and after you graduate go back to that same restaurant and get hired on as cook.

From the typical ones I've heard of off the misc... honestly probably an Air Traffic Controller. Great pay. Minimum requirements say you should "have three years of progressively responsible work experience, or a Bachelor's degree, or a combination of post-secondary education and work experience that totals three years."

You have to be below the age of 30 though for your first year.

Srs. Those are the top earners though but it’s possible. It typically depends what company you work for and then if you’re retail or corporate. The low performers are making just barely over minimum wage while above average ones making $55-$60k and high performers hitting $80-$120k.

Where I live, the job I'm currently in. Utility natural gas. Make 6 figures, great benefits, had no experience. Company paid me 70k to go through training, gave me a new truck, bought $30k in tools. 6 weeks PTO a year. Not a bad gig
