ITT: Post your preferred outdoor/warm weather health/cardio-related activities
With spring in full swing in these parts, the snow having all melted away, and the weather warming up significantly, the door has yet again been opened for organic opportunities to engage in health-focused outdoor activities. What are some of your favorite activities to engage in when the weather is warm? On my end, I'll return to hiking and try to get some in a few days a week. Daily soccer games with my pupper outdoors. Generally walking around my large property felling trees and chopping wood. Gardening and landscaping will soon see their return into my active lifestyle. I plan on creating a few more garden patches and trying my hand at growing plants I've never tried to grow before. The vegetable garden will probably only get started end of May at the earliest in order to let all possibilities of night frost go by.
Cliffs of outdoor activities:
hiking
soccer with dog
cutting trees/chopping wood
landscaping
gardening
I'm planning on trying to begin meditating in the summer. I need to find another activity to bring my attention mindfully back to the present moment. Doing so in the woods seems like a good idea.
For your time.....

Ever done it buck-ass naked? Cawk and balls furiously flapping in the warm summer wind?

ITT I give you the GOAT outdoor cardio answers:
For getting away and having time to yourself - trail running. BTFO regular running. Also works out different areas of your legs. Be the first one in the morning on a trial and running alongside deer, it's truly an experience boyos
For networking - cycling. It's the new golf, and actually great cardio. I am in a cycle group with a bunch of boomers twice my age but they are all rich as phuark and give me boomer pointers, tips, networking connections, srs also fun to bike the country side
For meeting people especially women - sand volleyball. This is the GOAT recreational sport. If you are good then the games can be intense enough where you will get a legitimate workout in, but also enough breaks and downtime to have beer between games. It's also made for socializing. If you are a complete stranger you'll have plenty of chances to talk to other people on your team and across the net. Women love playing it and can actually be good, unlike in basketball or other sports where they just get in the way and you have to use kid gloves. BONUS POINT: Manlets get BTFO in this sport
there you go misc

hiking - but I do that year round
disk golf - but I do that year round
walking with a weigh vest - but I do that year round
one of my favorite workouts outside is to get a 250ish pound sandbag and do an over the shoulder clean, once every 30 seconds for ten minutes
