So i watched this frame by frame and stopped it at each second.
You should do it too and decide if leg locks are ok in wrestling and nba games.

K2lZSpvHmhI
When I go to take a step and something stops my foot from moving, I am immediately off balance and have to overcompensate to catch myself. I'm sure Draymond tried to argue that point to the referees. It might be believable from someone else but Draymond just has too much history with being dirty, nobody is going to believe that from him.

I'm starting to think they should just start T'ing guys up for the step over. Everybody considers it disrespectful. If Sabonis starts getting up while Draymond is stepping over him and there is contact and Draymond trips, who does the NBA hold at fault (ie who gets the foul)? In my mind Sabonis has a right to get up. Grabbing a foot is dirty, too, but I think the players justify it be saying the step over is disrespectful.

Yes that is exactly what i saw by slowing it down second by second.
Add to that, the Warriors were already running towards their basket, so he needed to unhook himself, get stability, and rush to the other end.
In his 8 min interview he said that this leg hook was done for a second time in 2 games with refs watching.
This is why listening blindly to media talkers doesn't tell the true story.

So does Sabonis hooking his leg justify Draymond stomping on his chest?

Horrendous game from AD and DLO

Not that shocking because you can't count on either of those 2 to be good/great in every game. There are about 10 games this year where AD is having a postgame press conference stating "Loss is on me, I gotta be better"

DLO is just not a playoff player. I thought maybe he could correct it, but he was atrocious against MN in a must win... horrible for about a half in Game 1 against the Grizz... and now atrocious all game in this one

I think the play in and 2 playoff games aren't enough to crucify Dlo yet. He needs to be better, and I think he will be

AD tho, he should be eating this series. Should be averaging 30/15 especially with Adams out. I understand he's being doubled but he needs to find a way to score, get to the line or find Lebron. He only did it once this game

Overall I still think Lakers in 6 or maybe 7

Justify no, but watching the replay makes you question..... leg hooking.

AD is averaging 16 points on 44% shooting over the past 5 games.

He's been pathetic on the offensive end for awhile. Defensively he's probably the best defensive player in the playoffs.

DLO has been a terrible playoff player basically his entire career tho, him doing it with the Lakers is nothing new. Nets, Wolves.. he was ATROCIOUS in the playoffs for both teams when he was in

Lol if the Bucks lost in the first round as the 1. seed. Outside of their fluky run two years ago they've been lackluster in the playoffs.

Lebron scores 28 on him, they barely win at home, he talks chit, he starts this game 0 for 5, Lebron has 8 with an assist and 5 rebounds already
