I dunno, the economy will probably be in pretty bad shape around November of next year. I'm thinking Republicans have a good shot, but there's no reason to have a frontrunner at this point.

Trump is more than elections...he is the symbol for a nation fed up with what the country has become. Is it possible that Joe winning could be a plus if you believe the resolution to the current situation is burning everything down and starting over?

No matter who runs democrats, the media and globalist will have a game plan for brain washing the idiot masses...and there's a lot of them nowadays. The playbook won't change...accuse the person of racism, sexism, xenophobia, etc.

Everything is good until it isn't. Imagine the current path 100 or 200 years into the future. That's where Trump comes in -- forget Trump the actual person -- he is the symbolic figurehead representing people that don't want to take that course. This is why the biggest political effort in the history of the world has been waged against him for 6 years. The powers that be would love to lull us back to sleep with Obama vs Romney or McCain vs Obama or Bush vs Kerry style elections.

DeSantis supporters deluded themselves into thinking Meatball Ron was Trump without the baggage. In reality he’s just a typical Republican politician with fantastic PR but zero charisma.

He can’t do retail politics, he can’t convince his own state’s congressional delegation to support him. Trump has an ability to connect with people on a level no politician since Bill Clinton has.

And that's why when I went to flea markets around here...every other table was a person selling Trump merchandise...everything from bandanas to coffee mugs to bikinis. Think they'd be doing the same for Desantis?

It's somewhat of a cultural movement and political phenomena. I don't recall ever seeing the equivalent happen on the left side. I spotted a Fuk Biden/Pro Trump vendor selling gear under an ez-up tent next to a gas station earlier today. Now I'm wondering if they're getting an early jump on the 2024 election or did they never stop selling pro trump gear?
