People are under the impression that it matters with women. But it matters just as much, if not more with men.

If you have a nice physique (and it shows no matter what you're wearing) people look at you/treat you differently. You definitely get more attention/respect/admiration.

The cold hard truth is most males are going to go through life completely invisible. Nobody really notices them or if they do they really don't pay much attention to them. If you have a standout physique you'll be noticed. The people might admire the muscle. Or maybe they won't like it at all. But at least you'll be noticed. The taller and better looking you are the less it likely matters. However it matters for 95% of males on this planet.

I truly feel bad for nattycels unless they are 6'2+ chads genetically.

Yeah, as long as you aren’t fat.

There are a bunch of fat foids at work who are ugly as fuk. Reason is because they are fat.

This is true. People will either be mirin or hating. Either way, you'll get attention.

People say that fat women have the power of invisibility but I think most dudes would give them a run for their money on that front lmao.

Train for a base level of strength / performance. Lets say 10 pull ups, 50 press ups, a quickish 3 mile run.

If you can't do this now, your body will have changed, when you eventually can. You may like how this feels.

Then you can refine it further with higher goals, weights, etc, if you so desire.

I can't even do a pull up lol. idk what press ups are and a 3 mile run would be tough i'd prolly run 2 walk 1.

Push ups bro. Thinking about it tho if you're 270lbs may be a shame to waste that mass just for these basic army type standards? Maybe some bigger dudes can chip in on the best approach?
